printer cartridge problems ....?
I have a thing for HP Photosmart photo I just received for Christmas, I havent used as in 3 weeks and I just tried to print something this afternoon and the ink was all messed up so i just fill it before, but I decided to fill it again. when I put it back in it wouldnt take the paper and I finally got it to do but the ink was messed up again?? the pictures come out all green with a scaly look I guess you could say its like ink is spilled on it cuz its so thick ... what I do and what I can do to fix it ????? ive tried tons and tons of pages testing and cleaning of the cartridge alignment and continues to do so. HELP !!!!!! ok so I overfilled, what do I do now?
if you are too full, please place it on a folded paper towel for a while to let the ink soak out. you'll need to move to a dry place every 10-15 minutes until your colors start to fade. Once the ink stops pouring the bottom and the colors of your new look normal, then try another test print., hope this helps!
