Should I eat this cheese?

I found a little grated cheese mozerella in a pack in my fridge. It indicates that the date of expiry is July 8. It seems perfectly healthy, no fault smell, no weird colors. The package says it is guaranteed fresh until the date on PF before the package until it is opened. Once it is opened it should be consumed within 3-5 days.
