I left hot chicken stock unrefrigerated for about 3 hours. Is it safe to use?

I was cooling it in the sink with cold water and went out forgetting to check and refrigerate it.

I am a chef and the cooling down time would be 2 to 4hrs. as long as no other ingredients are in it like meat.Plus it is just liquid, it will be fine.
